I finally hit 25 pounds. It has been 2 1/2 months since I started my new eating habits. I have basically just been cutting back on portions, cutting out junk, making healthier choices when I go out to eat, drinking a lot of water, and eating smaller meals 5-6 times a day. Here is the before picture:

Congrats on the loss!!! It takes much more dedication to lose the pounds than it does to gain them.
