Locker Set Up

Since Rebecca said I couldn't take pictures of her on the first day of school, I asked if I could take her the day before to set up her locker and take pictures. She agreed to that.

The New School

I picked up she and her friend, Lexi, at lunch and took them to the school. They practiced opening their lockers, finding their classes, and setting everything up inside the locker.

Rebecca has been holding on to a special rhinestone sticker of her name that my parents gave her about 5 years ago. She said then that she wanted to put it in her locker. She put it on a pen holder that had magnets on the back. It is now proudly displayed in her locker.

The girls left with mixed emotions. They are excited about the thoughts of middle school. They are scared about not being able to open their locker or finding their classes.
